ABOUT ROSEDALE NEIGHBORHOOD
We are located in the northern part of Central Austin, bordered by 38th St., Shoal Creek, Hancock Dr., & Lamar Blvd. Ramsey Park is in the heart of the neighborhood & offers a great swimming pool, tennis courts, playgrounds, & picnic areas. The majority of the homes here were built in the 1930's and 1940's, giving them a charm not found in newer construction. We have a wonderful blend of young families, single professional, & original owners who raised their children here.
